After many years of studying and ranking in many Martial Arts systems, as well as many years as a Professional Martial Arts instructor, Professor LeClair and his wife Sensei Sherry LeCLair opened the Rick LeClair School of Self Defense (RLSOSD) in 1989, in Leominster, MA. Over the past few years the RLSOSD has expanded it's curriculum to include Aiki Jutsu/Aikido, Kindai Kumiuchi Ryu Jiu Jutsu, and Ki Budo Kick Boxing. In an effort to serve our students better, we have restructured our dojo and have renamed it; The Budo Kai Martial Arts Institute.
