Professor Rick LeClair, Shodai Soke has had the honor over the past 3 decades of training Black Belts of the highest caliber. Most of these individuals continue to currently train with Soke LeClair, including Master Instructor, Professor Frank E. Vargo, Soke.

The following three individuals were awarded 5th degree black belts in the Kindai Inazuma Ryu Kenpo System in honor of their extensive and invaluable contributions to the system and to the Budo Kai Martial Arts Institute.
